This is the PTLs largest fundraiser of the school year!!  Every penny of the money we take in at this fundraiser goes back to BLS to enrich the educational experience of OUR children; so we eagerly encourage all of the BLS parents to become involved in this event. 

 

To ensure the greatest possible variety of items that will tantalize and entice the bidders, we ask that you consider donating and participating in making this Fundraiser a smashing success.

 

Ways we can use YOUR help:

• Ask those businesses you frequent for a gift card or gift certificate

• Be an Event Sponsor:  if you are willing to sponsor some portion of the Auction, we can offset the expenses and raise more $$. We have signs and advertisements in the auction programs recognizing those who are sponsoring our event

• Purchase an Item and then donate it to us to place in either the live or silent auction

• Donate cash:  we will pool cash donations and buy some really cool things to be placed in the live or silent auctions

• Volunteer your time:  we need people to write Thank You notes, pick up items, and set up on the day of the event

 

Help us continue the tradition of making the annual Bid for Kids Auction an incredible success!  Please prayerfully consider assisting us in some way. It is our children that reap the rewards and blessings of this event!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
to help at our Bid For Kids Auction!

 The PTL Alliance is in need of your assistance.  We are searching for a few good men and women to assist during the fundraiser on Saturday evening, March 17, 2012.  Help is needed in various areas (i.e. set-up, runners, auction item display, ticket sellers, etc.).   All proceeds go towards the benefit of BLS. Please indicate your ability to volunteer by filling out the form below and pressing Submit. Someone will call you with more specifics on how you can help.
